Under the baton of Laurie Rominger and leader Peter Tees, our recent performances have showcased a rich tapestry of orchestral music, uniting musicians and dedicated audiences at remarkable venues.
June 2025 at St Machar's Cathedral: We delighted attendees with a program featuring Sibelius' Karelia Suite, Massenet's Meditation from Thaïs, featuring soloist Peter Tees, and Berwald's splendid Symphony No. 3, 'Singulière'. We also presented Taste of the Isles by Hugh Roberton. The concert supported the Northeast Sensory Services.
March 2025 at Mannofield Church: This vibrant concert featured the talented Hannah de Bordes as soloist. The program included selections from Bizet’s Carmen, Chausson’s Poème, and Fauré’s Dolly Suite, culminating in the festive Joyeuse Marche by Chabrier. This performance raised funds for the Scottish Men’s Shed Association.
Join us as we continue to celebrate the power of music and look forward to our upcoming concerts!
